Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Canada

We offer free returns on all eligible orders within Canada.

International Returns (United States & Other Countries)

We accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred when the item is returned to Canada. These charges are non-refundable.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at returns@collectorskingdom.ca before the 14-day period ends. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or proof that you have sent it back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as received.
• Be in its original packaging (if purchased new).
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@collectorskingdom.ca. If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
