Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or promotional events.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Orders shipped within Canada with a $2.99 shipping option are sent via Canada Post Lettermail, which does not include tracking. To receive a tracking number, please select the "Expedited Parcel" option at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Delivery Times (Estimates)

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

  • Canada: typically 2–7 business days
  • United States: typically 3–7 business days
  • International: varies by country and customs processing

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier first. If you need assistance, reach out to us and we'll help where possible.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
