Welcome to Collector's Kingdom! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Online Store Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence, or that you are of the age of majority and consent to a minor in your care using this site. You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose and not to transmit any harmful or malicious code. Violating these terms may lead to termination of your account.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Your content may be transferred unencrypted, but credit card information is always encrypted. You may not reproduce any part of our service without written permission.

3. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without liability.

4. Products or Services

Some products may only be available online and are subject to limited quantities and specific return policies. We aim for accurate representations of products but cannot guarantee color accuracy.

5. Condition and Authenticity of Products

We sell both new and pre-owned collectibles, including LEGO sets, minifigures, trading cards, and related items. Each listing describes the condition of the item, and you agree to review the listing description and photographs before purchasing.

• New and sealed items are sold in their original factory packaging. We do not guarantee the condition of internal contents for sealed items, as they cannot be inspected without opening.
• Pre-owned, used, and opened items are sold "as is" in the condition described, and may show signs of handling or wear, or have missing or substituted parts, unless otherwise stated.
• Graded items, such as professionally graded cards, carry the grade assigned by the third-party grading company identified in the listing. We are not responsible for the grading standards or opinions of those companies.
• Raw (ungraded) cards and items are sold as described and are not guaranteed to meet any particular grading standard.

We take care to verify the authenticity of the products we sell and to describe them accurately. Photographs are representative; minor variation in color, finish, or packaging may occur, and we cannot guarantee that your device displays colors accurately. If you receive an item that is materially not as described, your remedy is governed by our Return Policy.

6. Independent Retailer; No Affiliation

Collector's Kingdom is an independent retailer of genuine LEGO products, which we source through legitimate channels, including a relationship with one of The LEGO Group's authorized distributors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The LEGO Group itself, and our relationship with a distributor does not imply any endorsement by The LEGO Group. We are likewise not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, or any other manufacturer or brand whose products we sell. All product names, logos, trademarks, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement by those brand owners.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate information for purchases. We may limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

8. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

9. User Comments and Submissions

By submitting comments, you grant us the right to use them without obligation. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Collector's Kingdom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from your breach of these terms.
